Hello Singapore

We got in at 3:45am and it was already 28 degrees along with no sleep

This is an alternative to a modern toilet,
no paper just a hose :)
(I did not use this btw)

There were no food shops open, so we had to settle for Burger King :(

Disgusting. So over processed.

Bored

Skateboarding through the airport, there was about 500m of purely amazing marble!

We waited around for the first train. It came at 6pm, so we played skate for a little bit.
Locals watched until we were told off.

We caught the train to the city, Jason wasn't with us at the time.
He met up with us a week later

All thumbs up!

Got to the city and went to the skate park to wait until the
hostel opened.
6:30 am

This is the drink of champions! We all, quite literally lived off
100 plus for the whole trip. Its a amazing! Its an is an isotonic sports drink
it works wonders!

The first day!

We left at 8am and heading to Bugis. We stayed
in the same hostel there for the whole trip

Safety doors open at the same time as the train.

Checked out the hostel. We chose not to sleep out side.
We opted for air conditioned rooms.

The view from the hostel (left)

To the right

Out the back

With 35-37 degrees everyday and 90% humidity. I like everyone else
changed into shorts.

Spot one - got the boots in 30 secs

We skated toward the CBD. Had a look around.

The Singaporean CBD

With about 20 marble benches of these in a row, it was mind blowing!
They follow the river for about 1 km, theres at least a hundred!

We meet up with Hafiz and headed to the Peninsula

Some crazy expensive hotel across the river

2 mins off skating and you will be covered on sweat

Thomas

These 3 buildings are going to be the first casinos in Singapore

Fresh sea-food

HMM! I wish I could remember the names of what I ate, but
I can't because I ate heaps and heaps everyday.
This was $2

Hafiz on the right
(great photo)

Slick rick

After snacking we headed back into Bugis for dinner.

We ate here everyday at some stage, they boast to have
the best chicken rice in Singapore. There not to far off, I only found one other place that
did any better.

This is Tong Seng!

Dinner

We got in on our whiskey and heading out!

We bused it to Orchard Road
to go drink at Cuscaden

On the way, we were shown these amazing manual pads.
There are two of these in a row, they are so long and there on
the busiest road in Singapore!

As you can see it is quite crowded!

This is a self serve beer dispenser.
It has a ice cylinder in the middle. It is the equivalent to a jug
and cost $32

We said good bye to Hafiz. And headed home,
glad to sleep as we haven't for 40hrs!!

Day Two!
This spot was dope, cars are always in the way, arrh.

There are soo many stalls to eat from in here!!

I loves this place, fresh juice made to order; pick what ever you like.

Green grass jelly, it was nice but very strong.

We went on the search for shorts but I couldn't find any skinny ones
so i opted for jeans and cut them off while wearing them.
Fail.

Damn I miss this chicken rice! It is soo good with the rice dipped into the stock
And the cold tea with ice! DAMN!

I swear AJ ate chicken rice for every meal, every day.

Shoulder bags are essential, AJ and I had matching ones.
So good.

Our hostel is between these two shops which was
really good for late night snacking when you didnt want to
walk.

Looks can be deceiving

Nice looking church

Such a nice place to skate through

That crazy expensive hotel

Ouchies!

$1 ! You can choose to eat it with waffle or bread.

That marble ledge you see, runs from one end of the
bridge to the other and it is perfect!
Crazy.

The
Merlionis an imaginary creature with the head of a
lion and the body of a
fish. Its name combines "mer" meaning the
sea and "
lion". The fish body comes from
Singapore's ancient name back when it was a fishing village —
Temasek — meaning "sea town" in
Javanese. The lion head represents Singapore's original name —
Singapura — meaning "lion city"

It was soo hot.

We played skate here, such perfect ground.

Look at that bench you say? They are literally everywhere!
We skated the long ass manual pads for hours..

Idiots trying to look cool??

When you cross, a lcd timer counts down, letting you know how
long you have left.
Great idea I reckon.

Hmm that roasted chicken rice!

This store is for everyone who wants to dress like there superhero!
They have batman shoes, superman jeans you name it.
They have it!

We went to Blu Jazz, it was dope.
